I cannot speak highly enough of Clive and the Ultimate Construction team. We recently converted our attic and extended out the back of our home here in Stepaside. Clive is an excellent communicator and is true to his word - if he says he will be on site he will be on site or if there was a delay for whatever reason (typically outside Clive's control) he let us know as soon as he could in advance. This alone made us feel we were in safe hands - Very important, especially when we were making such a financial investment - something that you want a professional like Clive to make you feel secure about!

Amanda, who we dealt with when it came to invoices etc., was also a great communicator and was flexible and fair when it came to paying bills. We were made aware of any overruns (all due to us asking for extras here and there) so there were no surprises.

The quality of the work was excellent and his quote came in at a very competitive price so we feel we got great bang for our buck also. I would recommend Ultimate Construction in a heartbeat!
